HB-300 Polyisobutylene For Insulated Tape
Polyisobutylene is a nonpolar, hydrocarbon polymer. It is an excellent insulator, and its dielectric properties are not affected by prolonged immersion in water.
As electric insulations featuring superior resistance to aging and resistance to ozone, it finds application in the field of insulating tape and corrosion preventive tape for electric wires and communications cables. Polyisobutylene (PIB) offer a very high level of oxidative stability as well as resistance to oxidation while under electrical stress.
Communication special waterproof tape composed of ethylene propylene rubber, butyl rubber, or polyisobutylene with self-adhesive, shape and good waterproof performance, less corrosive to copper and various types of cable sheathing materials, product application temperature range, suitable for all kinds of communication equipment and cable joints waterproof sealing.
